As obvious as it seems, this reminds us retailers to keep things simple – as the infographic says – and replicate our offline setup online, i.e., better payment gateways, do not show out-of-stock products etc.

One thing I need to remind myself is to not get too carried away with design but to concentrate on solid fundamentals first and then build, if need be, from there.
